Returns & Exchanges

The RAF Museum Shop is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Museum Shop

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to the RAF Museum Shop distribution center; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
